Return and Refund Policy
Gara Mart is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We provide a 4 day return channel for items that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure you get resolution.
You can initiate a return for eligible items if;
A wrong, damaged, defective or incomplete item was delivered to you.
You must ensure that all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging before you return it, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
Items Not Eligible For Return
- Products that have been altered from their original packaging or opened
- Products that has been opened and used
- Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
- Products damaged due to misuse.
Request and complete your return and refund process in 3 easy steps.
- Step One – Send a complaint with your order number and include pictures of the image that was delivered to firstname.lastname@example.org as a means of evidence, to receive your return authorization.
- Step Two – Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.
- Step Three – A new item will be delivered to you or a refund will be paid back to you.
To cancel an order, please contact Gara Mart as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund your payment as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back from you and process them at our warehouse.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

Please note that only 2 attempts will be made to retrieve your item.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, and do not include Weekends and Public Holidays.
Return Pick up Timeline:
The return pick up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day one of our delivery associates retrieves the item that you would like to return.
Pick-up attempt completed within: 1-4 Business Days.
The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our delivery associates to the day the refund process is completed.
Note: If the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, such item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be processed.
Refund processed within: 10 – 14 Business Days.
